An opportunity to grow
We have an acre of blueberries that were planted over 30 years ago. For all these years we’ve operated as a “you pick” known by our friends and neighbors as the “blueberry Church”. There are so many bushes and berries that we can expand our efforts.
The mission now is to also develop product out of the field to contribute to the support the ladies and the home … like St Thomas House Blueberry Jam and St Thomas House Blueberry Honey Butter. This would be an opportunity for the ladies to gain experience in running a business first hand, from the ground up! Crop maintenance, product development, marketing and more. There’s nothing like opportunity to help reframe personal struggles of life.
We want our friends and neighbors to know that when they come to pick they are contributing to help some brave young ladies.
